Parent Teacher Meeting Organiser Instructions

Use the link at the bottom of this page to schedule your meetings.
Select Parent Teacher Meeting from the drop-down menu.
In the Student ID box, enter the ID provided by the school – please see sticker in the school journal.
The name of the student and a list of teachers should appear on the screen.
Select in order of preference (1-8) the respective teachers you wish to see. Do not select all '1's' as the system will randomly assign you.
Select 0 if you do not want to see a teacher.
If you are unable to attend, please select this option at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm your selections.
The system will subsequently confirm the appointments once all parents/guardians have selected their times.
We will give your schedule of appointments to your child or you can get the schedule by clicking the link below the day before the meeting.

Joining a Meeting on MS Teams

Students will receive an invitation to join meetings from teachers through their class teams e.g., 5th Year History.
Students will log on and request to join the meeting at the time provided on the schedule- try to join the meeting before your allocated time
There will be a waiting period in a virtual lobby. At the scheduled time the teacher will admit you into the meeting.
Meetings will last 3-4 minutes approximately.
Please use page 30 of the student journal to record notes, questions etc.
Repeat the procedure above for each teacher.
Use the calendar in MS Teams to see the links to the meetings.

Parent Teacher Meeting Format

Due to current health guidelines the 2nd Year Parent Teacher Meeting will take place on MS Teams.
Class Teachers will set the meetings up in the relevant subject team.
Students will access the meetings using the calendar on the team.
Students are to attend the meetings with parents/guardians.
Each parent teacher meeting will last 3-4 mins approximately; teachers will have to strictly adhere to the timings and schedule.
We ask that parents/guardians/students adhere to the schedule and timings provided.
Whilst every effort will be made to facilitate meetings in an efficient manner, there may be time delays due to constraints around scheduling.
