Our Junior A girls lost out by the minimum in this thrilling affair. The girls battled hard all game against a strong Creagh College side. Creagh College started off the stronger, scoring 2-02 to St. Kevin's point. The girls kept battling away and finished the half the stronger side. It was Creagh College who led at half time 3-03 to 1-04. The second half was score for score for the first 25 mins, and in the last 5 mins St. Kevin's blitzed Creagh College with two goals and two points to bring it back level. The girls continued to push hard and got ahead by two points, only to concede a late goal. Leaving us with a final score of Creagh College 4-08, St. Kevin’s 4-07. A disappointing result for a performance that showed great heart and determination. Well done to all!
