This morning our Wellbeing Committee, along with the Transition Year students, hosted Sign Up Day. From rugby to camera club, chess club to swimming, there was something for everyone on offer. Students had the opportunity to sign up to teams, clubs and activities that appealed to their interests.
In St. Kevin's, we feel that extra curricular activities give students a chance to feel more connected to our school, their school friends and to their teachers.
We have chosen Connected as our wellbeing theme this month. Along with Sign Up Day, we have been making efforts in our classrooms and at home to reconnect with school life. The Wellbeing Committee feels that a sense if belonging to the school community is a vital contributor to student success.
